Aligned Pilates is where you will learn Joseph Pilates' system of exercise by training on his originally designed apparatus.
Our philosophy at Aligned Pilates is that students learn how to use the apparatus correctly and safely; train within their specific program of exercises; and move independently in the studio.
Students are taught by taking private and semi-private lessons. After 10 - 20 lessons and the student is ready, independent group workouts called AP Class are available to train in.
