Aligned Pilates is where you will learn Joseph Pilates' system of exercise by training on his originally designed apparatus.
Our philosophy at Aligned Pilates is that students learn how to use the apparatus correctly and safely; train a specific program of exercise for their body ; and move independently in the studio.
All students learn pilates in private lessons with our experienced instructors. After approximately 10 - 20 lessons and if the student is ready, an independent group workout called AP Class is available to train in.
