Aligned Pilates is where you will learn Joseph Pilates' system of exercise by training on his originally designed apparatus.
Our philosophy at Aligned Pilates is that students learn how to use the apparatus correctly and safely, train a specific program of exercise for their body, and move independently in the studio.
Students learn pilates in private lessons with our experienced instructors. After approximately 10 - 20 lessons and if student readiness is evident, our independent group workouts are available to train in with other practising students.
WE WANT OUR STUDENTS TO KNOW THEIR PILATES, and in our AP workouts you will learn to focus, find a flow, and gain independence in your practice.
