Since I started Aligned Pilates, I have been obsessed with providing an INCOMPARABLE space to learn Joseph Pilates’ exercises. New students begin with a few private lessons followed by open studio workouts called Aligned Pilates (AP) Workouts.

This is intentional.

In Joe’s day, all levels could train in the studio simultaneously, practicing what their bodies needed for that workout, which happens at Aligned. AP WORKOUTS are limited to four people; everyone has access to all the apparatus, learns from others, listens to helpful cueing, and allows me or one of our expert teachers to move around the room, guiding as needed.

I have a WAITLIST, a testimony to the work, as students covet their training sessions at Aligned. If you are serious about learning Contrology and agree with my training guidelines, I encourage you to fill out my waitlist. I will notify you as soon as an opening becomes available.
