CUrriculum Seminars

Curriculum Seminar cycle 2026 -2027

The Curriculum Seminars reflect Carmen Lanteigne’s years of experience teaching and studying with first- and second-generation teachers within the tradition of Joseph Pilates work. With her fun humour and supportive approach, Carmen takes you into the depth of Joseph Pilates’ method—not as a collection of exercises, but as a practice that restores vitality and a renewed sense of aliveness in the body.

These seminars are designed to be taken in sequence, forming a learning cycle that allows teachers, emerging teachers, and dedicated practitioners to experience the transformative potential of Joe’s work from the foundation to integrating more advanced work into our practice and our clients experience.

These seminars welcome certified teachers from reputable programs and skilled practitioners, with enrolment subject to Carmen’s approval.

The Curriculum Seminars are taken by students enrolled in Aligned Pilates THE PROGRAM™ Classical Pilates Teacher Certification.
