Book a private appointment with our expert teachers and utilize an array of apparatus which is ideal for beginners to customize a workout. Privates are beneficial for seasoned practitioners to go deeper in their practice working on new exercises, concepts and themes.

GROUP Workout
$50
Our group workouts consist of students practicing at different levels together. The teacher’s role is to give guidance and provide suggestions so students can develop independence within their own workout and still feel the energy within a group of practitioners. Classes are geared towards students who have taken privates lessons and approved by Carmen.

Self-Practice
$25
Self-practice is offered to students by Carmen’s approval. Training varies based on studio hours and Carmen’s schedule.

Cancellation Policy
A strict cancellation policy is in effect. Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking (any appointment, class).
You must cancel or reschedule at least twenty-four (24) hours before your appointment/class in order to avoid paying for the session.

No refunds on any purchases.
All purchases have a 60 day expiration.
One Time Introduction Offer must be booked within 14 days of purchase.
Aligned Pilates has the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments or classes.
Aligned Pilates has the right to a fair price increase on any services without public notification.
Carmen or any staff member of Aligned Pilates has the right to cease the lesson for whatever the reason.
