CUrriculum Seminars
Curriculum Seminar cycle 2026 -2027
The Curriculum Seminars represent the culmination of Carmen Lanteigne’s many years of teaching and refining her craft alongside first- and second-generation Pilates teachers. With her signature humor and passion, Carmen shares the depth and vitality of Joseph Pilates’ original method, Contrology.
These seminars are designed to be taken in sequence, forming a complete learning cycle that allows teachers, emerging instructors, and dedicated practitioners to experience the transformative potential of Pilates—and to discover how this work enriches not just our movement, but who we are.
The seminars welcome certified teachers from reputable programs and skilled practitioners, with enrollment subject to Carmen Lanteigne’s approval.
Teachers in training of Aligned Pilates Teacher Training Certification are required to complete all three seminars for the Curriculum Module
