ALIGNED PILATES TEACHER CERTIFICATION
BECOME THE NEXT GENERATION TO TEACH THE WORK OF JOSEPH PILATES.
WHY STUDY WITH US?
Understanding Joe’s exercise method, Contrology, takes years of practice for many, and the aspiration to know the work and consider becoming a teacher can be excitingly ambitious and daunting.
Aligned Pilates Teacher Certification is built on 25 years of experience. Carmen Lanteigne shares her passion and experience as a long-time teacher and student. In 2017, Carmen was one of 12 teachers chosen to study with first generation teacher, Jay Grimes, in the prestigious graduate program known as The Work ™ with Vintage Pilates. Carmen continues to train with second generation Romana Kryzanowski trained teachers Lori-Coleman Brown and Teresa Shupe of Atlas Pilates in Seattle.
Aligned Pilates Teacher Certification gives you direct access to knowledge of Joe’s original work that Carmen learned directly from her teachers of the past but those she continues to study with today.
Aligned Pilates Teacher Certification develops an unwavering foundation of Joe’s work in the student’s body. With a strong foundation experience, a student of the program develops the confidence necessary to begin teaching others as a career.
Aligned Pilates Teacher Certification provides opportunities to develop the body’s ability within the curriculum and learn the right-sized information, which is key to becoming thoughtful movers.
Aligned Pilates Teacher Certification process allows for a person’s intuition to develop with time and trust Joe’s work; by doing so, the ripple effect is a passion for wanting to share with others confidently.
As a teacher and student, the deepest desire is to keep Joe’s work alive. Let me help you become an exceptional mover, teacher and leader of Joe’s work for this generation!
