I believe Pilates can be of benefit to every person’s body. I AM also a realist.

I will acknowledge that sometimes it is the person who is not the right fit for Pilates. To give Pilates a fair chance, students must be consistent in their practice and have an open mind. With time they will experience a change in their body.

Practicing Pilates is not something a person does once in a while or the opposite, exercising ad nauseam; instead, we approach the practice thoughtfully and respect our bodies, allowing the work of Pilates to settle into us over time rather than trying to rush the process.

When practicing Pilates, we must be radically honest about our bodies to have a safe and peaceful workout.

Pilates can create change within us if we learn to relax, and take it easy. Pilates is meant to be enjoyable, not frustrating and exhausting.

Wherever you are in your practice, when the body, mind, and breath are in harmony, this is Pilates.

It is an absolute privilege of mine to be alongside you in your Pilates journey.
