Since I started Aligned Pilates, my obsession has been providing an INCOMPARABLE space to practice Pilates. I intentionally have lots of small group workouts called AP WORKOUTS, with people of all levels training simultaneously, each practicing what their body needs for that workout. These group workouts are limited to three people so everyone can spend time using all the apparatus, learning from others, listening to helpful cueing, and allowing me to move around the room to provide guidance when needed.

I also provide private sessions to help new students learn their program and for those who want to fine-tune their technique and add more repertoire to their routine.

My time is limited, and have a waitlist, which is a testimony to the work as students covet their training sessions at Aligned. If you are serious about learning traditional Pilates and agree with my training guidelines, I encourage you to fill out my waitlist. I will notify you as soon as an opening becomes available.
