Since I started Aligned Pilates, I have been obsessed with providing an INCOMPARABLE space to practice Joseph Pilates’ method of exercise called Contrology. I intentionally set students up to practice independently in our AP WORKOUTS. This is intentional. People of all levels can train in the studio simultaneously, practicing what their bodies need for that workout. These group workouts are limited to four people, and everyone can use all the apparatus, learn from others, listen to helpful cueing, and allow me or one of our expert teachers to move around the room, guiding as needed.

New students must take private sessions to learn their program before entering an AP Workout.

I currently have a waitlist, which is a testimony to the work, as students covet their training sessions at Aligned. If you are serious about learning Contrology and agree with my training guidelines, I encourage you to fill out my waitlist. I will notify you as soon as an opening becomes available.
